Eligibility :
  • Any Graduate from 2020 and 2021 batch with an aggregate of 60% and above throughout in academics.
Job Description :
  • The primary role of a Desktop Engineer is to answer customer requests for assistance by email, chat or over the phone. 
  • This role is crucial to ensuring customer requirements are met in terms of communication, prioritizing, escalating, and resolving incidents and requests. 
Job Requirement:
  • Active Directory - Good / Moderate knowledge on Active Directory on User/Computer management
  • Experience in managing Office365 products like Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
  • Good Knowledge on Network concepts and Web Application including LAN, WAN protocols, OSI Model.
  • Troubleshooting windows issues and good knowledge on operating systems
  • Exposure to ServiceNow ticketing tool or any other relevant ticketing tool used in the service industry (BMC Remedy / IT Service desk)
  • Managing Incidents end to end as per ITIL operations management
  • Call handling (International),Excellent verbal and written communications.
Desired Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Responsible, able to manage time effectively and work efficiently, both with and without direct supervision
  • Provides direct technical assistance in triaging the incident related to web applications, Network, and servers
  • SOPs documentation and creating and updating the knowledge base
  • Responds to customer inquiries on emails, escalating on timely manner
  • Act as single point of contact for incident management
  • Ready to work in rotational shifts including evening, night, and weekend shifts
  • Multitasking and coordination skills
  • Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions
  • Willingness and ability to work in shifts (24 x 7)

Salary offered: INR 3LPA +Shift Allowance
